A Masterplan for Clarendon Wharf
The proposals bring forward a hybrid planning application, which combines detailed (full) permission for the first phase with outline permission for later phases. This approach provides certainty on early delivery while allowing flexibility to refine future plots in response to an evolving design.
Proposal
A residential-led regeneration comprising of residential, ancillary office space, retail, café/restaurants, a hotel/apart hotel, including amenity space, public open space, landscaping, public realm and 'change of use to listed Clarendon Building, Furnace House and Pump House (to include café/restaurant/community/cultural uses) and repurposing of scheduled Graving Docks 1 and 2.
The masterplan will be developed in two phases. Phase One is the detailed element of the development (Full), with Phase Two seeking outline planning permission to be delivered through future reserved matters applications.
