Building on Recent Investments 

Clarendon Wharf forms part of the continued regeneration of Belfast Harbour’s estate. The masterplan builds on a series of recent and approved developments that are helping to create a thriving mixed use community in this part of the city centre.  

These include the recently opened City Quays Gardens, planning permission for City Quays 4 (256 apartments) and City Quays 5 (mixed use, office led development), and the delivery of 69 social and affordable homes at Pilot Street. 

Combined these projects are strengthening connections across the waterfront and contributing to the long-term vision for a vibrant, accessible Belfast Harbour community. 

Wider Regeneration 

Throughout the past decade the Donegall Quay area within Belfast Harbour has undergone a monumental transformation becoming a destination in its own right. Current and future developments in the area aim to maintain and strengthen the core values of City Quays – building a sustainable, connected and contemporary neighbourhood and to create an iconic waterfront in Belfast.
